I’m still trying to wrap my head around “glow-in-the-dark collapsible tiger.” Where does one find such a thing?

One finds such a thing at one’s friend’s knick-knack/educational-supply/toy store in Silicon Valley. And one finds it for only $0.50. Of course, one’s friend insists that one not pay for said toy. But one loves the toy just as if one paid hundreds of dollars for it.
