It’s the concept behind Music City Bloggers, in fancy-ass language.
It’s aggregation of local blogs done by humans, with something like a profit sharing model for a business plan. Maybe if Kat or Ivy wanders over here they can answer the question themselves now that they have practice answering a lot of questions about MCB.
