Even if you love coffee as much as I do

I splashed hot coffee in my eye this afternoon. I can’t recommend it as an experience.

      I’m OK, thanks. For a while it was very unpleasant, but it’s fine now. Nothing like a car crash anyway. Yeesh!

      Ouch!

      That reminds me of the first time I attempted false eyelashes as few years ago (for a performance) and I got the glue on my contact. Ugh.

      Yep, and they got splashed too, but I was holding the coffee at an angle to my face such that, when I jostled it, it went almost directly behind my glasses and straight into my eye. Had I choreographed it I probably couldn’t have done it so effectively. Yowza.

      Not exactly, no. In fact, I’d say it just about ruined the rest of my day. I wish I had a more positive attitude more often: Karsten reminded me last night that at least I didn’t get blinded. Which is so true! Seriously! It hurt, but I’m not blind in one eye. I should be feeling relief.

      I need an attitude readjustment. Know where I can get one cheap?
