For over nine months (while pregnant and in the first many weeks post-partum) I had no alcohol at all. In the past month or so I've had a half of a beer, few sips of champange, and a small glass of wine. I have to time it so it get metabolized before I nurse (and one drink is not considered an issue anyhow, but I am being extra-cautious) and I will admit that I miss being able to just have a drink when I want one.
