The ordering process is pretty OK. I'd like to be able to make better use of the favorites feature without necessarily having to order an item first. There are plenty of things I know I'll need at some point but I don't need just yet. I'm sure I have other impressions, but I'd have to pull the site up to get more detailed -- that's just the one that's off the top of my head.
