Karsten went by the nearest pawn shop today to check for our bird feeders, but they weren’t there. I don’t know if we’ll bother checking too many others — there are A LOT of them, and it’s kind of depressing.
Oh well.

I think bird feeders are the sort of thing more likely to show up at a flea market then a pawn shop. Is there a flea market nearby?

Could you possibly fax the info about the birdhouses to all the shops. Like a flyer to notify them to watch out for them and note the person’s description. People advertise over fax machines, why not do your leg work by phone?
