I feel like such a globetrotter
My mom’s birthday is next week. Two of my cousins from Baltimore are flying into Chicago this weekend to visit my mom and sister, and they’re all going to go out and do a “Wild Women’s Weekend” in the city. My mom emailed me a little while ago offering to fly me up to join them, but I only have Friday evening free so I declined.
Well, I looked into it, and I had enough credits on Southwest to be able to fly up Friday morning and come back Saturday morning. I’ll be able to party the night away with them in Chicago on Friday night and be back in time to attend the other parties scheduled this weekend here in Nashville.
Hee. I hope someday my life really is as glamorous as this almost sounds.
