   6 We totally missed you! I did feel celebrated and loved, but I also felt not constantly in the center of attention, which was good because as much of an attention slut as I am, I do need breaks from that once in a while. Did YOU have a good time? Reply to this comment.

   7 Sounds like the perfect combination for my favorite introverted “attention slut” ;-). I’m delighted for you. I had a…time. It was okay, actually - much better than some past years (nobody stormed out of anywhere, for one thing, and that’s always good). My grandfather’s mellowing process seems to have stalled out and his Asshole Quotient was rather higher than optimal for comfort, but, eh. Pizza soon? I’m back in town next weekend… Happiest and best of new years to you and the ‘tuft. May this be a vastly improved year for all of us. Reply to this comment.
