He is very devoted to his wife, he just jokes around with everyone. According to my calendar, I got my hair done Sept 15th. Shannon must be the girl who works in the chair next to him, with dark brown curly hair?? I think next time I'm losing the blonde entirely and going darker brown with more red. I'm so tired of being bleached out. Yeah, Frank is a big time flirt, but I think that’s just part of his personality. He is very devoted to his wife, he just jokes around with everyone.
