		<description>While hiking the AT my foot went up half a size.  I couldn't figure out why I was getting the blisters I was.  Got the half size bigger shoe and had absolutely no problem.... at times I actually forgot I was wearing shoes.  (New Balance trail runners, yay!)</description>

		<description>The exact same thing happened to me when I bought new running shoes last year.  It was the first time I was fitted by people that seemed to really know what they were talking about (at least I hope so).  I wear a women's 10.5 or 11.  They put me in a men's 10.5.  But they feel great, so much better than my old ones.</description>
